Medical / Dental Benefits
AWTEC provides a comprehensive medical plan that includes health, prescription, vision, and dental insurance.  Eligibility begins 90 days after hire date and AWTEC pays 100% of the premiums for team members and their qualified dependents. 

401 (k) Retirement Plan
Our 401 (k) retirement plan gives you the option to contribute a portion of your compensation to a wide range of investment funds.  AWTEC will also provide a matching contribution to the investment.  Eligibility begins after six months of service. 

Life Insurance
AWTEC offers basic life insurance and Accident Death and Dismemberment coverage to all employees free of charge.  You have the option to purchase supplemental coverage to meet the needs of you and your family.  Eligibility begins 90 days after hire date.

Short/Long Term Disability
In the event that you are disabled and unable to work due to a non-work related sickness or accident, AWTEC provides partial income protection through our short and long term disability plans.  Eligibility begins 90 days after date of hire and coverage is provided at no cost to you. 

Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)
Team members are provided with an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) free of charge.  Our EAP program is designed to confidentially assist team members and their dependents in dealing with a variety of issues that affect their health and well-being. 

Tuition Reimbursement Program
We encourage team member growth and development through our tuition reimbursement program.  Upon approval, team members are eligible to receive reimbursement towards tuition, books and lab fees.  Eligibility begins 90 days after date of hire. 

Vacation / Holidays / Personal Days
All team members are eligible for holiday pay in accordance with the company schedule.  Vacation and personal time is awarded each anniversary year subject to the company policy.
